Kuuka drivers get paid as soon as the order is complete. Payment is sent directly to the bank account linked to the driver’s account.

No, Kuuka does not provide any kind of delivery insurances or any other insurances.

To complete your application, you’ll need to show us that you have the following:

  • A high visibility jacket and helmets for bicycle, scooter, moped and motorbike drivers.
  • A foil-lined bag.

We do accept branded equipment from other companies, at the moment.

According to our T&C, you shouldn’t have more than one account on our platform. However, you are allowed to request a change in case of a change in your transport mode. You’ll be required to send us the necessary documents and our database will soon reflect the same.

No, you cannot change the address once the courier is picked-up. But, you may cancel the order within a small window.
