We require all our drivers to have the appropriate insurance covers. All losses and damages to goods will be liable to the driver's insurance coverage. Customer Cancellation: If a Customer decides to cancel a booking after it has been confirmed by a Driver, then a cancellation fee may be charged. Such cancellation fee will be made clear at the time of booking and will be in addition to the non-refundable Kuuka booking fee. The Kuuka booking fee is non-refundable once a booking has been made (regardless of whether the booking is cancelled or whether a complaint is subsequently reported, unless Kuuka is the reason for the complaint, rather than a User, or where a Driver cancels and we are unable to find a replacement) as this is required to cover our costs of each booking.

Driver Cancellation: If a Driver decides to cancel a booking, sanctions will apply depending on the proximity to the scheduled start time of the booking o the cancellation. Principally, cancellations by Drivers will affect that Driver's rating on the Kuuka Digital Products. Drivers with higher ratings may receive priority benefits, such as being given priority on requests from Customers as they come in. Drivers accept that Kuuka has sole discretion over how to sanction a Driver's rating in case of cancellation. In addition, Kuuka reserves the right in certain circumstances to remove a Driver's account from Kuuka at any time.
